WHAT IS MITIGATION?

Our certified technicians will perform mitigation. If you are asking yourself what is mitigation well there is a really simple answer to that, it is the prevention of further damage by taking strict actions. Actions such as removal of unsalvageable contents and structures (drywall, flooring, etc.), cleaning of the affected areas, application of disinfecting agents, or deodorizing and drying the structure. Our team will also haul away any debris.

The actual  mitigation time of your real estate and valuables will be determined by the amount of the damage endured. Our advanced equipment such as drying equipment and air sanitizers are left onsite at your property to complete the mitigation process. They will be removed only when the temperature, humidity, and moisture testing confirm that the affected areas have been dried to approved standards.

Properties that have been affected by mold spores must be thoroughly cleaned, and any moisture must be removed completely from the area. This makes sure that the mold will not continue to grow further or return to the area to grow again.

MOLD MITIGATION

Mold spores float in the air and are found naturally in our indoor and outdoor environments. Mold needs four things to grow: air, temperature, food, and water. If a mold spore lands in an area that has these four things, it will grow and reproduce, releasing spores into the air. This higher concentration of mold spores in the air can cause significant health problems for you and your family, especially if your loved ones suffer from mold allergies, asthma, or other respiratory difficulties.

Because mold spreads rather quickly, the problem must be resolved as soon as possible.

FIRE

A fire in your home or business can cause a lot of damage in a short period of time. But did you know that waiting to start your fire damage restoration process can lead to further damage? A fire leaves ash and smoke residue on every exposed surface. Left untreated, it can etch window glass, discolor plastics and appliances, and leave behind a persistent, difficult to remove odor. This secondary fire damage can only be prevented if a fire damage restoration professional treats your property right away.
